- Sparkle is a peer-to-peer recognition platform for Slack that celebrates achievements and fosters positivity. It uses AI to align recognitions with your organization's values.
- How does Sparkle work?
- Users send recognitions in Slack by tagging colleagues and adding “++”. Very easy! Example:

Sparkle tags these messages with company values and tracks engagement.
- Does Sparkle have a free trial?
- Yes! Every new workspace starts with a full-featured 30-day free trial — no credit card required. When the trial ends, you continue on a paid plan and are billed only for your active users.
- How do I install Sparkle?
- 1. Install the Slack Bot
Use the link from our website or Slack App Directory.
2. Connect to Web Admin
Generate a secure link (admins only) in Slack to access admin tools.
3. Configure Sparkle
Sign up on the web admin to customize Sparkle, manage recognitions, and track metrics.
- What is AI Auto-Tagging?
- AI Auto-Tagging uses artificial intelligence to analyze each recognition message and associate it with your company's predefined values, such as collaboration or innovation. This ensures recognitions align with your cultural goals.
- How is my data protected?
- We encrypt all data and comply with privacy laws. Data is never shared without explicit consent.
- What happens if I stop using Sparkle?
- Upon uninstalling:
Slack tokens are invalidated immediately.
We guarantee your data for 90 days in case you return. After that, it is permanently deleted.
- How can I track engagement?
- Admins can view all recognitions sent and received, explore individual messages and user activity, and identify predominant tags and values recognized across the team.

- What happens if I reach my Sparkle limit?
- If you use all your Sparkles for the month, you'll need to wait until the limit resets next month or upgrade to a premium plan to unlock additional Sparkles.

- Yes, admins can export recognition data, including Sparkles sent, tags applied, and engagement metrics, in CSV format.
